State of Consciousness

State of Consciousness
Hypnosis is a natural daily symptom. Hypnosis is one of the "State" experienced by us on a daily basis.

To obtain a complete understanding, then we must understand first that in everyday conditions we are in one of the three conditions or a State of consciousness, or "State of Consciousness". The third condition is:

Normal State

A "normal" State of consciousness is in daily basis. In this condition we are in a State of "alert", and our thoughts are likely to be critical. In these conditions the filter more subconscious mind "closed", so we are relatively less responding to suggestion that originated outside of ourselves, or we are in a condition of "Non-Suggestive".

Sleep State

Is the condition when we are asleep with no dreams? In this condition, although you’re conscious mind in the condition is not active, but you’re neither subconscious mind-nor do they respond to information that comes from the outside, or the unconscious mind in the condition of "Non-Receptive". Practically it is said that we too are in a condition of "Non-Suggestive".

Hypnosis State

Among the Normal conditions State and Sleep State, there is a condition referred to as "the State of Hypnosis", or often abbreviated with "Hypnos", some even calling it with the term "Hypnos" condition.

In this condition we tend to become more "suggestive" to receive the response that comes out of our selves, in other words that filter the subconscious mind starts to open, so the information is relatively easier to "enter" the subconscious mind.

"Hypnosis" condition has a considerable range, ranging from "Light", "Medium", and "Deep", where conditions are more or less "Light" means that the filter is your subconscious mind starts "a bit", and "open conditions" means that the filter Deep subconscious mind wide open.

Based on this description, then it began to be understood in practical activities of hypnosis is putting yourself or others to the State "Hypnos". Or in other words learn Hypnosis knowledge, among others, is to learn a variety of techniques to bring the subject to the condition of "Hypnos".
